Administrative Director
The role of an Administrative Director is to oversee and manage the administrative operations of a company or organization. This includes overseeing the administrative staff, managing budgets and finances, and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the administrative staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization
- Manage budgets and finances, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and making recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to administrative operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the administrative team or between departments
- Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities, including financial transactions, personnel files, and other important documents
- Plan and schedule meetings and events as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve administrative processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in an administrative management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with legal regulations related to administrative operations
Salary: 1400$ per month
