Experienced Construction Manager in Ar-Ruwais


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Ar-Ruwais, providing guidance and supervision to our team of workers. The successful candidate will have previous experience in project management and a strong understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction workers
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or conflicts
- Monitor progress and quality of work throughout the construction process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any problems or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
