Construction Project Manager


We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Ar-Ruwais. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress and ensure quality control of all construction work
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are followed accurately
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, health and safety standards
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and techniques
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, health and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ar-Ruwais
