We are a reputable bakery in Al Buraymi, seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats for our customers. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake different types of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency and quality
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet our high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train new employees on baking techniques and company policies
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar establishment
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Culinary diploma or certification in Baking or Pastry Arts
- Experience with creating custom cakes and desserts
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
