We are in search of a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Doha. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats. Your duties will include selecting quality ingredients, managing inventory, overseeing the production process, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry making and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for pastry who is looking to showcase their skills in a dynamic setting. Salary is competitive at $1600/month.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of different pastry techniques and methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Creating high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats according to menu specifications
- Selecting quality ingredients for each recipe
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Overseeing the production process from start to finish
- Ensuring all food safety standards are met
- Training and supervising junior pastry chefs
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to create new menu items
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Constantly seeking ways to improve recipes, techniques, or presentation
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and methods
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment

Location: Doha, Qatar (preference for Indian nationals)
