Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the restaurant industry and be familiar with Indian cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staff, and customer service
- Ensure high quality food and service is consistently delivered to guests
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Create schedules for employees that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Must possess a valid visa for employment in Qatar
