Restaurant Manager (Pakistani/Malayalee) in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are a well-established restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and supervise staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Create work schedules for staff members based on business needs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (fluency in Urdu or Malayalam is an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability
