Head Baker

We are searching for a talented and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including production, inventory management, and staff management. You will also be responsible for creating new recipes and ensuring that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Head Baker and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, with visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery
- Manage inventory to ensure all necessary ingredients are available
- Create new recipes and maintain existing ones
- Train and supervise bakery staff
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
- Develop cost-effective production methods
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to plan menus and special offerings

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- A valid work permit or willingness to obtain one
