Job Title: Construction Manager for Indian Nationals in Jeddah

We are currently hiring a Construction Manager for our project in Jeddah. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and possess a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preference (other nationalities are welcome to apply)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must have a biometric passport

Salary: $1000 per month (depending on experience)
