Barista (Part-Time)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a part-time basis in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Educate customers on our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
$1700 per month (part-time)
