Part-Time Construction Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Al Buraymi. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors involved in the project
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 1400$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Al Buraymi (preference given to candidates already located in Al Buraymi or willing to relocate)
