Entry-Level Barista

As an Entry-Level Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service to our valued customers in Dar Kulaib. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn and grow in the barista profession.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving various types of coffee drinks, as well as assisting with daily operations such as cleaning and restocking supplies. You will also have the opportunity to interact with customers, take orders, and handle cash transactions.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to work well under pressure. While prior experience as a barista is not required, enthusiasm for coffee and willingness to learn are essential. We offer on-the-job training and mentorship to help you develop your barista skills.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1700 per month. We also provide free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for international candidates. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
