Construction Project Manager

An established construction company in Ar Rumaythiyah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of the construction process from start to finish. This includes budget management, scheduling, subcontractor management, and ensuring quality control and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates on project status to senior management
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best prices for materials and services
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure projects meet company standards
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills
- Attention to detail
