Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Valid residence visa or ability to obtain one quickly
