Administrator (Malayalee)
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, so we prefer candidates who already have a biometric passport and are able to work in Ar-Ruwais.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with a strong understanding of Malayalam language
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.
