Executive Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Dar Kulaib
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our fine dining restaurant in Dar Kulaib. This individual will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in fine dining establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that showcase creativity and high-quality ingredients
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with restaurant management on special events and menu changes
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Passion for food with creative flair for developing new dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
Location:
This is a contract job located in Dar Kulaib. Candidates must have their own visa.

Preference will be given to graduates with prior experience in fine dining restaurants.
