Part-Time Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Our company, located in Dar Kulaib, is looking for an individual who is able to work independently and has strong communication skills. This position does not require any previous experience, making it ideal for beginners or non-native speakers.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for managing the company's biometric passport system.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel is required. As this is a part-time position, we offer flexible working hours that can accommodate your schedule.
