Job Title: Administrator in Abu-Dhabi
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Monitor and maintain office budget
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience as an administrator or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of HR processes preferred
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
