Head Chef

We are in search of a skilled and passionate Head Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Dar Kulaib. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious menu items that cater to our customers' preferences
- Manage inventory and food cost to ensure profitability
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality dishes
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills preferred

Salary:
