Head Chef

We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, along with strong leadership skills to manage our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for designing menus, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You should also have excellent time management skills to handle a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain a well-organized kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
- Creativity in menu design and food presentation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
