Job Title: Part-Time Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their individual goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Available to work part-time hours (flexible schedule)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Salary: 1600$ per month (based on experience)
