Job Title: Legal Adviser - Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to our clients, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters such as contracts, agreements, employment issues, and corporate governance
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
- Advise on intellectual property rights protection
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' business operations
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of the business
- Handle any other legal matters as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Proven work experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
