Job Title: Night Auditor for a Luxury Hotel in Doha, Qatar



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Night Auditor to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Doha. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling and balancing daily hotel transactions, managing guest accounts and payments, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments.
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare daily revenue reports and submit them to management.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle cash transactions, including making change, processing credit card payments, and balancing cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or similar role in a hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with an attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio.
- Must be able to work night shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
