As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our digital products. Your primary goal will be to enhance the overall user experience and drive customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our product development team to understand their requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to implement design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to continuously improve the product design
- Stay updated on current industry trends in UX design and implement best practices in your work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX designer or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects you have worked on
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision etc.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
