Job Title: African Restaurant Manager in Jeddah

As an African Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Jeddah. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall profitability of the restaurant.

You will be expected to have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Your understanding of African cuisine and culture will also be key in creating an authentic dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members including servers, cooks, and other support staff
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes
- Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an African restaurant is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of African cuisine and culture is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation.

Location:
This position is located in Jeddah but we welcome candidates from all nationalities.
