We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing reports and maps, and providing accurate measurements for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct land surveys using a variety of tools and equipment
- Prepare accurate reports and maps based on survey data
- Analyze survey data to provide precise measurements for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in project planning
- Utilize GPS technology to map out survey points
- Use computer software to process and analyze survey data
- Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained before conducting surveys
- Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with survey plans and regulations
- Provide guidance to construction crews based on survey data

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor in the UAE or similar environment
- Proficient in the use of surveying tools including GPS technology
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures related to land surveys in the UAE

Salary: 1500$ per month with accommodation provided.
