Machine Operator

A reputable manufacturing company in Manama is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. We are looking for someone who has experience operating and maintaining various types of machinery, including but not limited to lathes, drills, grinders, and saws. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of machinery according to company procedures
- Monitor machines during operation for any malfunctions or issues
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to set up machines correctly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve standing for long periods of time
