We are in search of a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at our busy barbershop in Muharraq. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barber and possess knowledge of various cutting techniques and styles. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes
- Provide haircuts, styling, shaving, and other grooming services according to client requests
- Suggest suitable hairstyles or grooming techniques based on client's face shape, hair texture, etc.
- Keep workstations clean and sanitized for the safety of clients
- Manage appointments and schedule bookings efficiently
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and styles in the industry
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Knowledge of various cutting techniques, styles, and tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must have own visa or be eligible for sponsorship in Bahrain
- Previous experience working with students is an advantage

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
