Job Title: Land Surveyor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, reports, and drawings
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of buildings and structures
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in land measurements and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys in various terrains and environments
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in surveying technology and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze data accurately
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards related to land surveying

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month. This includes accommodation as well as visa sponsorship for all nationalities.

Location:
The job is based in Al Buraymi but may require travel to different locations within the city or surrounding areas.
