Waiter/Waitress


We are a busy restaurant located in the vibrant city of Muharraq and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Present menus and take accurate food and drink orders
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience using POS systems is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, plus tips. Accommodation will also be provided for non-local candidates.
