Seasonal Waiter in Muharraq, Bahrain


We are hiring a seasonal waiter to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a waiter and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional manner
- Answer any questions or concerns from customers regarding the menu or their dining experience
- Check on customers periodically to ensure satisfaction with their meal
- Handle any issues or complaints from customers in a calm and professional manner
- Process payment for meals using cash or credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy trays of food/drinks if needed

Working Hours:
This is a seasonal job with flexible working hours. The restaurant operates 7 days a week, so availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month, plus tips.
