Our company in Al-Wakra is urgently seeking a full-time Office Assistant with accommodation provided. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing and organizing paperwork
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Supporting other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1600$
Location: Al-Wakra, Qatar.
