We are a reputable education center in Dubai seeking a qualified and experienced Malayalee Tutor to join our team. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing quality academic support to students in various subjects, primarily focusing on the Malayalam language. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the curriculum and individual needs of students
- Conduct assessments to identify areas where students need improvement
- Provide personalized instruction and support to help students reach their academic goals
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents or guardians when necessary
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of all levels
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance student understanding of the subject
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to continuously improve teaching practices

Requirements:
- Native Malayalam speaker with fluency in English (oral and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a tutor or teacher, preferably with experience in teaching the Malayalam language
- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and teaching methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with students of diverse backgrounds
- Passion for education and desire to help students succeed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is located in Dubai, UAE.

Other Requirements:
This position is open only to Malayalee candidates. Fluency in English is required. Preference will be given to candidates with previous tutoring experience, but we also welcome freshers who are passionate about teaching.
