Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials at our warehouse in Muharraq. You will be in charge of a team of loaders, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires previous experience as a loader and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation will be provided, and candidates with their own visa are preferred. We welcome applications from both men and women. The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Manage a team of loaders, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Maintain equipment used for loading, reporting any issues to management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and security
- Train new loaders on proper techniques for loading/unloading
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate loading schedules

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader or similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of safety procedures when handling heavy equipment
- Good communication skills to coordinate with other departments
- Physically fit, able to lift heavy objects
- Candidates with their own visa preferred
