Floral Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements based on client preferences and event themes
- Select and purchase fresh flowers and other materials needed for arrangements
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Assist with arranging flowers in the shop and preparing them for delivery
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Ensure all designs are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
- Manage payments and maintain accurate records of orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or Florist is required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Excellent eye for color, shape, form, and texture
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
1500$ per month

Benefits:
Part-time schedule available (20 hours per week) with potential for full-time employment. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
