Office Assistant for Malayalees in Lusail
We are hiring an Office Assistant for our company in Lusail, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare and send out correspondence, emails, and faxes
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
