Indian Executive Chef - Dubai

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Dubai. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative and authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food production. Your main goal will be to provide our guests with an exceptional dining experience that showcases the diversity and richness of Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that reflect authentic Indian flavors and techniques
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, inventory management, and hygiene standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and menu knowledge
- Collaborate with management to create new dishes or modify existing ones based on customer preferences
- Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines
- Ensure timely delivery of food orders while maintaining high quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all health code regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, ingredients, and regional variations
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining traditional authenticity
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of food costing, budgeting, inventory management
- Excellent communication skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Salary: A competitive salary of $1200 per month will be offered to the selected candidate.

Location: This position is based in Dubai. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Note: This position is open for all nationalities. Fluency in English is required. Prior work experience is not necessary.
