Part Time Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Sales Manager to join our team in Muharraq. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support when needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the upper management
- Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable deals for the company
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and best practices
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Salary: 1500$ per month (based on experience)
