Administrative Assistant for Indian Professionals in Ajman
Are you an experienced administrator looking for a part-time job in Ajman? Our company is seeking an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Coordinating meetings and appointments for senior staff members
- Drafting and proofreading documents and emails
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assisting with the organization of company events or meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Indian nationality preferred
