Sales Manager - India
We are searching for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bayan, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain existing accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
