Contract Merchandiser in Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Manama. As a Contract Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in retail stores according to company standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with store managers and ensuring that our products are being promoted effectively. This is a contract position with the added benefit of provided accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper placement and display of products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure appropriate stock levels
- Build relationships with store managers and provide product knowledge training to retail staff
- Implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Gather data on product performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in creating promotional campaigns and coordinating product launches

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a merchandiser or in a related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail industry trends
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Manama, Bahrain (accommodation provided)
