Part-Time Land Surveyor


A reputable land surveying firm in Nizwa is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land areas using various equipment, including GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Prepare legal documents for land ownership and development rights
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and government officials regarding survey findings and project details
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements and calculations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, equipment, and software (AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Arabic language is preferred
- Valid driver's license

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate will be required to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Accommodation:
This position does not come with accommodation. However, we can assist the selected candidate in finding suitable housing options if needed.

We are able to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who require it.

Location:
Our office is located in Nizwa but we have projects throughout the country. Some travel may be required for this position.
