Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Jizan. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on time. Your experience in the construction industry will allow you to effectively plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the project from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project team members
- Monitor progress of construction activities and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review and approve project designs and materials
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to timelines
- Manage project budget and expenses to ensure profitability for the company
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and potential risks or challenges

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of professionals
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in using construction management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary: 1700$ monthly
