Construction Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Jizan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction process from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Oversee the hiring and management of construction workers.
- Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for materials and equipment.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
This is a contract job offering a salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jizan. Indian candidates are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
