As the head of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating menus, overseeing food quality and presentation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel, with expertise in preparing traditional Egyptian dishes. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month, open to English-speaking candidates without previous experience.
