Job Title: Construction Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Dar Kulaib. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality control and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Oversee all construction activities on site and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Review and approve project designs, materials, and equipment to meet safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress regularly and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks or issues that may affect the project timeline or budget and develop solutions.
- Manage construction team members, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, progress reports, change orders, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Salary: $1200 per month (with accommodation)
Location: Dar Kulaib (open to all nationalities)
