Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Dar Kulaib. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed according to specifications and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
- Communicate updates on project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1300 per month without accommodation

Location: Dar Kulaib (Preference given to candidates with their own visa)
