A junior merchandiser is responsible for assisting the senior merchandiser in planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profit margins for the company. This role requires strong analytical skills, trend forecasting, and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The job involves working closely with buyers, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that the right products are selected, delivered on time, and displayed attractively in stores.
