Art Director (Indian Candidates)

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and ensuring that they align with our company's objectives. Your main duties will include conceptualizing and creating designs, managing a team of artists and designers, and collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to effectively communicate your ideas to others. You must also be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create designs for various projects such as advertisements, websites, and packaging
- Manage and lead a team of artists and designers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure all designs align with the company's objectives
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing and sales to ensure cohesive branding
- Review final designs for quality control before production

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role in the advertising or design industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, etc.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to lead a team effectively and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Working Hours: Part-time (flexible schedule)

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Medina
