Restaurant Manager vacancy in Jizan Saudi Arabia

Restaurant Manager (Malayalee)
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Jizan. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with previous experience in managing a restaurant, and must have their own visa and accommodation in Jizan.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Train new employees on company standards and expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including sales reports, inventory tracking, and budgeting.

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam. Arabic is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Must have their own visa and accommodation in Jizan.

Working Conditions:
This is a seasonal job with no English language requirements. The working hours may vary depending on business needs, including weekends and holidays. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
